We're Julio and Ana Cano. WE love El Capricho too. We visited it when we was children. In the past we usually went to Capricho with the school. There is a legend wich says that there lives a witch.
For me EL CAPRICHO is a wonderful place for spend your time at the weekend, sometimes I go with my family, it's fantastic because it's beatiful in winter, summer, ..... all the time.
Also I think it's an important place for the people who study HISTORY because there are some histories about this place.
Another important thing about this place is that always there are some people inside who take care it.
A lot of people visit EL CAPRICHO all the weekends.
we think El Capricho is a beautiful and relaxed place. when Ismael was a child usually went with his parents to El Capricho, he had a rabbit (Tambor) in his house and he thougth that his rabbit was more happy living in this place. one day he released it there for Tambor was happy.
I think that El Capricho is one of the nicest parks of Madrid.It is a perfect park for pairs in love because it is a park with many romantic places. I love it and I go there very much.
El Capricho: It Is the Park more beatiful that I know. It's very lovely and quiet. Today is a good day for go the Capricho. Ohhhh only opens the weekend.
I love El Capricho. It's a nice park. I like very much because it has a lot of trees. In the spring is very nice to walk along all park. There you can read a book too, the place is very quiet. I think that the park should open every days.
I think that El Capricho is a beautiful place in where you can walk and be with the family or friends, you can pass a special day. It has a lot of garden so that the children play and it has the advantage that is near of the other big park, Juan Carlos I. If you have never gone I recomend to visit it.
I am not going to speak of El Capricho, because i don't know very much of it. I'm going to speak of my neighbourhood 10 years ago when I was going to live in it, it was a very good place ,it was very big park, two typical cinemas, very good restaurants, and you can live your life in peace; but now, in the park there are many drug addicts, a lot of street bands (specially latins bands), there are only a modern cinema, and the restaurants are the McDonald and Burguer King. My neighbourhood is not the worse of all of them in Madrid, but on of this, is dangerous, and is not a very good place...
Hello Ana. I´m Alberto. I think that The Capricho is a very interesting garden of Madrid. I like very much because it´s very quite and lovely. My family and I go to The Capricho in the summer.
IT WAS FOUNDED THANKS TO OSUNA'S DUCHESS EN CENTURY SEVENTEEN. IN THE FIRST GARDEN THERE ARE TWO SCULPTURES, CALLED "LOS DUELISTAS". AT THE ENTRY TO PALACE IS THE "FROG'S FOUNTAIN". THIS PARK WAS THE REPUBLICAN HEADQUARTER IN MADRID, DURING THE CIVIL WAR. THERE'S ALSO A SCULPTURE OF SATURNO, DEVOURING HIS SON. THERE'S A STUARY WITH A JETTY AND A ERMITAGE. IT'S A PLACE WITH CHARM, ABOVE ALL IN AUTTUM.

That is El Capricho, it´s in Alameda de Osuna.
In my opinion it´s a beautiful place. I love the green gardens and the nice flowers.

I´ve visited the Capricho park for I was a child.
I thought the park was open oll the days but I read in the blog only open at weekends. It´s a shame.

I love The Capricho park.In the pass I took pictures in different season in the year.
I love when it is fill with flower (I don t remember how is the name, in English, of "Lilas", but the park is filled with them in spring.
In summer, It´s great to sit on the grass ,under trees shadow. The security people allow it.
